Influenced by a man called Robb and his swagger and seeming wealth, he is invited to the best parties with the attentions of all the college students. It’s not long before John loses his way and befriends Robb. Enter the vicious Tank, the not so nice associate of Robb and boss of a small group of crooks unafraid to use force to get what they want, and Tank has no end to his anger or control of it! Detectives Duke and Warren will not stop in their pursuit of the crooks after a failed armed bank robbery. d ends with a dream with the happiest of endings. You are so taken by the detail between the dreams you forget the first dream happened. This wonderful author plays to a very wide audience. 

The author has in one story romance, thriller, crime, and drama, giving every reader a feeling of belonging in this book. All are left happy and fulfilled in this story. It is written to leave you wondering what happens next in each chapter; good or bad you want to know. You become entangled with the characters and feel their emotions right through the story. You are helped to appreciate how the law enforcement officers may often have to be a little devious to accomplish their goals.
